Welcome to Meditations By Martina.

My journey began with a simple realization - that in the hustle and bustle of modern life, it's easy to forget to pause, breathe, and reconnect with our inner selves resulting in stress and anxiety.

I am no stranger to the stresses and demands of contemporary living. Like so many of us, I find myself constantly caught up in the fast-paced whirlwind of daily life. But with the incredible gift of meditation - a practice that helped me find balance, clarity, and a deep sense of peace within, I am able to cope and thrive. I have successfully managed by anxiety disorder with a regular meditation practice for more than 30 years.

I create Guided Meditations to share so individuals like you can access the transformative power within and transform your life. Each of my guided meditation sessions is a labor of passion, crafted with mindfulness, and love.

Whether you're a seasoned meditation practitioner or just taking your first steps, my shop and You Tube channel has something to offer exeryone. From guided meditations for stress relief and sleep, to chakra balancing and self-love sessions, there's a meditation for every moment in your life.

Realizing that we are all unique and our life challenges are personal, I offer custom guided meditations to work on your desired issues.  Listening to a guided meditation tailored specifically to you increases the meditation effects greatly.  Contact me to schedule a consult to personalize your meditation today.

I invite you to meditate with me and feel better!     ~ Martina

Meditation is a mental practice that involves focusing one's attention on a particular object, thought, or activity to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. It is a technique that has been used for thousands of years to promote relaxation, reduce stress, increase concentration, and develop self-awareness. During meditation, individuals often sit quietly and concentrate on their breathing, or they may focus on a particular word or phrase (known as a mantra), or visualize a peaceful image or scene. The goal of meditation is to calm the mind, reduce distracting thoughts, and achieve a state of relaxation and inner peace. Meditation has been found to have numerous benefits for both physical and mental health, including reducing anxiety and depression, improving cognitive function, and lowering blood pressure and heart rate. It is also a common practice in many spiritual and religious traditions as a means of connecting with a higher power or achieving enlightenment.
