Yoga is a type of exercise in which you move your body into various positions in order to become more fit and flexible, to improve your breathing, and to relax your mind.

Shamanism is a religious practice that involves a practitioner who is believed to interact with a spirit world through altered states of consciousness. The goal of this is usually to direct these spirits or spiritual energies into the physical world, for healing and guidance.
